After taking control of the Blue Wren Restaurant originally located in the now Wisteria Hall, Chef's Kitchen has been one of evolution. Not having any preconceived ideas or set standards, the Chef's Kitchen came about as an educational tool to show our guests what kind of work and the process is in serving food. Converting the existing wine storage cellar as well as many many alterations, Chef's Kitchen uses cutting edge technology and modern gastromic cooking techniques. With several natural evolution points, not only does this allow us to provide our guests with the highest quality meal, but for our guests to have the opportunity to interact with the kitchen as well.
