This Verjuice is produced from premium early picked Shiraz grapes. This creates a natural acid, ending in a slightly sweet and full flavoured juice. A waft of kiwi, rockmelon, honeydew and grapefruit can be smelt. This follows through to kiwi, green apples and guava to taste. Produced as a non-alcoholic alternative, mix and serve with chilled soda water or vodka.
